• Linden (Tilia spp.):native plant of the northern hemisphere, used since ancient times for its medicinal properties thanks to the presence of a glucoside (tiliacina), tannins and mucilages. It is useful in the treatment of anxiety, acts as a muscle relaxant as well as having a diuretic, antispasmodic and sedative effect. Flavonoids exert an antioxidant activity, acting as a "scavenger" of free radicals. The plant also has an anti-proliferative activity against cancer cells, in particular in lymphomas.

• pomegranate(Punica granatum):naturally provides polyphenols that counteract the oxidation of lipids and the damaging action of free radicals. It also provides essential oleic and linoleic fatty acids, essential for the body.
