Particularly suitable for medium-sized dogs, the Atlas 40 pet carrier can be safely used for travel by car, train, ship and even for air travel as it is normally accepted by most airlines for transport in the hold. Like all Ferplast transport boxes for medium-large sized dogs, Atlas 40 is in fact made in compliance with IATA regulations for air transport, which regulate its construction and supply of internal accessories.

The Atlas 40 dog carrier has bottom and top part are made of solid thermoplastic resin, the door is made of plastic-coated steel, lockable from the outside and equipped with a safety lock to prevent accidental opening during the journey.
Very functional, Atlas 40 is equipped with both a fixed handle and a removable and extendable handle for easy transport.
Large side ventilation grilles allow correct air circulation; the lateral snap hooks with safety lock keep the carrier tightly closed and stable even during longer journeys.
Spacious enough, the Atlas 40 dog carrier allows your faithful friend to stand upright during the journey, to drink or eat whenever they want thanks to the plastic feeder accessible from the outside.
If you wish, you can also buy separately the washable cotton cushion or the special wheels kit L145 or L440, respectively suitable for pet carriers produced before July 2017 or after July 2017.
